The City of Long Beach is thrilled to host the vibrant 42nd Annual Long Beach Pride Parade, a spectacular event celebrating diversity and unity within the LGBTQ+ community. Celebrate the LGBTQ+ community at this three-day event featuring three stages, + arts/crafts vendors, DJs and dancing, drag shows, a parade, and more!
This year, the Long Beach Pride Parade and Festival returns to the third weekend in May, taking place on May 17 and 18, Long Beach Gay pride 🌈 Find out the dates for the event, the list of parties, details about the parade route, and see pictures and video of the edition. The parade route begins at Ocean Boulevard and Lindero Avenue, proceeding along Ocean Boulevard and Alamitos Avenue in Downtown Long Beach. Burnett Library will undergo an energy efficiency upgrade and temporarily close from April 21—July 20, and reopen on July June was selected because it coincides with the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising in New York City which took place on June 28, Long Beach has held an annual Pride parade and festival since Visit the Long Beach Public Library during the month of June to see all the amazing events happening!
